81Dorothy "Dottie" Garcia, 74, of Kapolei, a retired secretary for the state Department of Human Services Disability Determination Branch, died in Aiea. She was born in Ninole, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Alexander Sr.; sons Alexander Jr. and Ryan K.; daughters Jonelle Garcia-Kahikina and Adrienne Gandolf; brothers Tony Baldogo, and Patrick and Michael Garcia; sisters Philomina Rabago, Leonora Baligao, Florence Brewer and Evangelyn Garcia; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Aloha or casual attire. Flowers welcome.
