Jeffrey Scott "Jeff" McCash, 62, of Spokane, Wash., and Holualoa, Hawaii, a mailer for Spokane Print and Mail, died at home. He was born in Spokane. He is survived by companion Mary Powers, brother Blair and sisters Cherry Bucholz and Donna Barland. Celebration of life at a later date. Donations suggested to Hospice of Kona.
