80Herbert Kimseu, 93, of Kaimuki and Kailua, formerly of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired clerk for Navy Public Works Center, Pearl Harbor, died in Kailua; and his brother, Simon Kimseu, 82, of South San Francisco, formerly of Waimea, a retired United Airlines aircraft mechanic, died in San Mateo, Calif. They were born in Waikii, Hawaii. They are survived by brother Kenneth. Herbert is also survived by hanai daughter Diane Kohler. Graveside services and inurnment: 10 a.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
