74Theha Thi Nguyen, 65, of Aiea, a cook for Pho Five-0, died in the the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Saigon, Vietnam. She is survived by husband Steven Dee Childs, son Khanh Phuong, sisters Diep Thi Ngoc and Loan Thi Ngoc, and two grandchildren. Visitation: noon Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m.
