RANDAL KONG Age 58. Surrounded by family and friends during his last day, Randal peacefully passed into the welcoming arms of Jesus on November 5, 2013. Caring husband, faithful friend, fun- loving uncle, Associate Director of Libraries at Hawaii Pacific Univ., he enjoyed serving on missions work teams both locally and abroad. He is survived by wife Kathleen M.; mother Sybil Liu; parents Robert and Esther (stepmother) Kong; sister Lynne (Curt) Campbell of California; brothers Alan, Kevin (Julie) and Adin Kong of Honolulu and several nieces and nephews. Celebration of life service on Saturday, Dec. 14, at Kalihi Union Church. Visitation: 3pm; service: 4pm. Aloha attire. No flowers.
