71Masako Vallesteros, 94, of Honolulu, a retired waitress for the Royal Hawaiian Hotel Monarch Room, died in Waipahu. She was born in Paia, Maui. She is survived by son James; daughters Jennifer Ropiak and Caroline A. Edelman; sisters Betty Kegley and Hideko and Karen Tamanaha; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
