74Ruby L. Parmelee, 59, of Waipahu, a civilian employee at Hickam Air Force Base and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service on Ford Island, died in Aiea. She was born in Manila. She is survived by son Brian Pe; daughter Kathryn Pe, brother Harry; sisters Mary Lippman and Shirley and Grace Parmelee; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
