74Hazel Lani Ho, 78, of Keaau, Hawaii, a homemaker, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by three sons; four daughters; brother Clinton T. Yoshioka; sisters Henrietta M. Borgess, Jane T. Tolentino and Rosaline Lum; 20 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Private services.
