Shikai "William" Hiraga, 89, of Waianae, a construction employee and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by sons Warren, Steven and Nelson; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Moanalua Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
