Joseph Pa "Joe" Kahikina, 73, of Newport News, Va., a retired civil service engineer and a retired Army first sergeant, died in Newport News. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Joey K. and Kevin J., daughter Stacey K., brothers Milton and Wendell "Moi" Kanehe, sister Jeanette Allianic and a grandchild.
