David Dougan, 73, of Honolulu, a computer security specialist for the federal government and an Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in West Virginia. He is survived by son Kani, daughter Malia, brother Doug, sisters Diane Guittron and Dee Kilmer, and three grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to St. Francis Hospice.
