74Janet D. "Dolores" Brazzi, 81, of Kapahi, Kauai, a California state secretary, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Independence, Mo. She is survived by daughter Marci Whitman, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private celebration of life.
