Haruo Muraki, 90, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government painter at Fort Shafter, member of Headquarters Company, 442nd Infantry Regiment, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Aiea. He is survived by wife Velma A.; daughter Lorna R. Luna; caregiver Mark Luna; sisters Fumiko R. Tsunoda, Mildred Tochiki and Hanayo Hoshino; and a grandchild. Visitation: 1 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire.
