73Arthur "Brother" Seguirant Jr., 69, of Kapolei, a Kauai Island Utility Cooperative retiree, died in Kapolei. He was born in Kailua. He is survived by sons Troy K. and Scot K., daughters Arni K. Gruzinsky and Jodi K. Seguirant, mother Genevieve L. Herbert, brother John Herbert Jr., sisters Linda Roback and Darleen Binney, 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
