VICKIE MISAKO KANNO Peacefully passed away on Dec. 21, 2013 in Pasadena, Ca. Born in 1923 on Maui, she moved to Honolulu where she raised her 3 children. She was an outstanding saleswoman and began selling cosmetics door-to-door, later selling pots and pans and encyclopedias. She eventually became a successful real estate agent and apartment developer. She was very charismatic, outgoing and fun-loving, and enjoyed traveling and ballroom dancing. In 2005, she moved to Pasadena to live with her daughter and her family. She is survived by her son, Wayne Kanno of Honolulu and her daughter, Pamela Hicklin, son- in-law Thomas Hicklin, M.D., and grandson, Tony Hicklin of Pasadena, Ca. She is truly missed but is now in heaven with our Lord.
