76Franklin Wah Leong Ho, 70, of Kailua, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard nuclear inspector trainer and retired reserve police officer, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mary Ann Ho; sons Franklin Jr. and Matthew; daughters Michelle Ho-Cabasa, Haukea Ho, Holly Kiyabu and Wendy Salvador; brothers Walter Jr., Byron Sr. and Steven Ho; sister Shelley; and 10 grandchildren.
