Hisao Shinsato, 88, of Mililani, formerly of Honolulu, a retired electrical engineer and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died. He was born in Peahi, Maui. He is survived by brother Jinri and sister Vivian A. Kawamoto. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
