76Jose Cardano Echalar, 69, of Waipahu, a Larry Jeft's Farm employee, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Jioleta, son Arnolfo L., daughters Jonalyn C. Ferrer and Mary Jane C. Tagle, brother Pablo C., sisters Thelma Cabaong and Carmel Elefante, and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
