Robert Irvin McLain, 77, of Honolulu, a Hawaiian Telcom installation and repair supervisor and an Air Force veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carolee "ChuChu," sons Alika B. and Robert K., daughters Robyn A.M. Maunupau and Carol L. Armstrong, and seven grandchildren. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Saturday at a Lanikai residence. Private graveside services held. Aloha attire. No flowers.
