Stanley Masami Fujisaka, 78, of Kaneohe, a self-employed knife craftsman and a Coast Guard veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elaine E.; daughters Scotti and Maury Fujisaka, and Addie Anderson; brother Kenneth; sisters Jane Hew Len, Elaine Urabe and June Ching; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
