Joe Garduque Orque, 86, of San Diego and Honolulu, a retired Navy master chief petty officer, died in San Diego. He was born in Makati Rizal, Philippines. He is survived by wife Bernarda; son Jan V.; daughter Jean Malia Orque-Withy; sisters Cristina Aguinaldo, Ester Peralta, Trinidad Ngayan, Obella Velasco and Amelia Antonio; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Nuuanu Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
