74Felicitas Abadilla "Fely" Kabei, 69, of Kailua-Kona, a Department of Transportation janitor at Kona Airport at Keahole, died in Life Care Center of Kona. She was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Irving; son Darwin Delos Santos; daughters Janette Remo and Eileen Sambrana; brothers Levi and Jholito Abadilla; sisters Nelia Aguiran, Norma Jadulang and Hermelita Martel, Elma Domingo and Lorna Gatica; and 13 grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Jan. 18 at Central Kona Union Church in Kealakekua, Hawaii. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
