Joseph William Fuller Jr., 79, of Makawao, Maui, owner and operator of Best Disposal Co. on Maui and a Marine Corps veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by fiancee Lilah Yap; sons Kapena Yap-Fuller, and Danny and Joey Fuller; daughters Bonnie Dykes, Kathy Tanaka, and Cindy, Christy, Erwin and Lauren Fuller; brother Danny; sisters Lena Kaili, and Momi and Wendy Fuller; and 11 grandchildren.
