Charles Joseph William Chamberland, 86, of Honolulu, an architect with CJWC Inc. and a Navy veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Minneapolis. He is survived by wife Janet Hall; sons David A. and Charles M. Chamberland, and John Kirkpatrick; daughter SharonKirkpatrick; brothers Rodrique J. and Robert D.; and four grandchildren.
