James Masanori Fukuda, 90, of Aiea, formerly of Okinawa, a retired civil service employee for the Army and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Keiko, sons Benjamin and Dr. Franklin, daughter Peggy Arakaki-Graff, sister Florence Fukushima, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
