79Clara Itsue Katekaru, 89, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education head of guidance, died in Arcadia Retirement Residence. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Rayna K. Liekweg and Lisa A.K. Miyamoto, brother Gary Funasaki and five grandchildren. Private services.
