74Dorothy Blair, 88, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a retired Chart House Waikiki restaurant manager, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in California. She is survived by daughter Susan Peak and a grandchild. Services: 11:15 a.m. Sunday at Kapaa Neighborhood Center.
