76Miles Kazuo Takaki, 53, of Honolulu, a site safety and health officer, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Virginia; daughters Anapalani Hartzell, Meilani Takaki and La‘amea Paleka; parents Moses and Rosing; brother Tracy; sister Nadine Grace; and two grandchildren. Services: noon Sunday at Bishop Memorial Chapel, Kamehameha School. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
