73Faith Tsui Louie, 82, of Hilo, a retired state Department of Education elementary school teacher, died in Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Facility. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by sons James and Nathan; daughters Patti Ann Cipro, Stacy Louie and Ashley Rezents; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary.
