73Tsugio Takahashi, 87, of Honolulu, a retired co-owner and carpenter for Quality Builders, died in Care Center of Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Florence, daughters Linda Hara and Cynthia Ruiz, sister Mie Takakuwa and two grandchildren. Private services.
