Wilfred Yutaka Shimotsu, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Board of Water Supply inspector and an Army veteran who served in World WarII, died at Hospice Hawaii Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife IvyA., daughter Renee C. Michioka, sister Aiko S. Miyatake, a grandchild, two great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Private services.
