83Betty Ancheta Fahselt, 51, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a Wilcox Memorial Hospital dietitian, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by companion Nelson Nitta Sr., son Nelson Nitta Jr., daughters Amanda and Salena, parents Juan "Jackie" and Rehina Ancheta, brothers Clayton and Gabriel Ancheta, sister Teresa Ancheta-Worrell and two grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Feb. 17 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lihue. Mass: 10 a.m.
