73Joseph Elaban, 85, of Kailua, a retired maintenance foreman for National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl, died in Kailua. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by sons William W., Joseph Jr. and Tommy L.; daughters Geraldine and Catherine L.; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
