75Kingsley "Clayton" Kamaka, 54, of Waimanalo, a Bellows Air Force Station groundskeeper, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Brenda; sons Kingsley H., Brandon and Bronson; daughter Zsalei; brothers Robert and Lloyd; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Feb. 22 at Borthwick Mortuary.
