81Chloe En Oi Chung Lowe, 84 of Honolulu, a retired office manager, died in Antioch, Calif. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by sons John and Robert Yu, and Michael and William Lowe; daughters Linda Heemskerk and Jacqueline Bell; brother Darius Chung; sisters Berta Maunapau, Euphemia Nagashima, Fidelia Purdy, Henrietta Kanayama and Nani Kudzia; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
