82Bernice Tsugiyo Sugiki, 78, of Honolulu, a retired nurse at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis, died in Honolulu. She was born in Lodi, Calif. She is survived by husband Dr. Shigemi, sons Dr. Kevin and Boyd, brother Robert Murakami, sister Betty Baird and two grandchildren.
