76Dr. Lawrence "Larry" Levin, 64, of Medford, Ore., a former rheumatologist at the Queen's Medical Center and Straub Clinic & Hospital, died at home. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by wife Olivia, son Michael, parents Melvin and Clare, brother Wayne and sister Beth. Services in Medford. Private scattering of ashes in Honolulu. Donations suggested to the Arthritis Foundation.
