77Lyndon Keiji Onaka, 55, of Bend, Ore., a pianist, composer and musician at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Bend Country Club, died in Kailua-Kona. He was born in Kona, Hawaii. He is survived by daughter Lyndsie R., mother Rose and sisters Roslyn Peterson, Stephanie McGee and Cathy Agena. Private services.
