77Richard Wayne Palea Mokuohai, 63, of Kailua-Kona, a landscaper, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Francis Mokuohai, and Moody and Jonathan Castillo. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. March 1 at Honaunau Beach. Casual attire.
