78Naomi M. Sokei, 67, of Kapaa, Kauai, a homemaker and child care provider, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by husband Garrett, son Shane, daughter Justine Hoffmann, brothers Hiroo and David Masuda, sister Gail Kodama, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at All Saints Episcopal Church, Kapaa. Celebration of life: 10 a.m.
