77Romualdo D. Montero, 63, of Honolulu, a retired union painter, died in Las Vegas. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by sons Ray and Ryan Montero, and Robert Ancheta; daughter Misty Montero-Ancheta; mother Purificacion D.; brothers Joe Rapanot, and Ernesto, Roger, Henry and Glenn Montero; and five grandchildren.
