Wilfred Albert Sibayan, 77, of Virginia and, formerly, Waipahu, a retired Air Force senior master sergeant, died in the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Evelyn; sons Flint, Kurt and Gary; daughter Wendy Rogers; sisters Barbara Keller and Phyllis Montoya; and two grandchildren. Celebration of life held in Yorktown, Va.
