74Jean Fen Vail, 91, of Holualoa, Hawaii, a commercial seamstress, died. She was born in Chengdu, China. She is survived by sons C.Y. Zhang, Davis and Holland Ja, and Theodore Lew; daughters Anne Ja Forbes and Jeanne May Phillips; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services: 5 p.m. Thursday at A Hui Hou Funeral Home, Kailua-Kona, Palm Terrace Chapel.
