72Vivian R. Borero, 87, of Hilo, a homemaker, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Olaa, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Byron Smith Sr. and Alexander Borero Jr.; daughters Diane and Lynn Smith, Maraiah Yamamoto and Linda Borero; brothers Sarafin Carvalho, and Benjamin and Manuel Martinez; sisters Jackie McKenzie, Emily Pascual and Matilda Rivera; 34 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park, Section 7. Casual attire.
