Harry Kwock On Chang, 83, of Honolulu, a retired personnel administrator for the state Department of Education and an Air Force veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mary A., son Gregory S.O., daughter Marisa K.L. Chun, sister Carolyn C. Yuen and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
