William Roger Teague Jr., 67, of Hilo, a retired civil service firefighter for the U.S. Army at Pohakuloa Training Area, a former police officer in Epping, N.H., and a Navy veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died at home. He was born in Exeter, N.H. He is survived by wife Shirley, son Roger, daughter Tasha, brothers Michael St. John and Donald Maynard, sister Jackie Lemmon and two grandchildren. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday at the family residence in Hilo. Casual attire.
