77Charles Leon Morgan Jr., 59, of Honolulu, a construction worker, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Santa Rosa, Calif. He is survived by sons Brandon K. and Justin; mother Marian E. Steele; brothers James and Scott; and sisters Marian E. Jorgensen, Janice Willman and Lisa A. Hall. Services to be held at a later date in Utah. Donations suggested to your favorite charity.
