Clay Minter, 58, of Wahiawa, a retired union painter and Navy veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Austin, Texas. He is survived by wife Dianne, parents Rondel "Bud" and Bobbie, and brothers Matt and Stewart. Private services to be held at a later date.
