Michael Phelps Quinn, 74, of Kula, Maui, formerly of New York, a Manufacturers Hanover Trust retiree, chief financial officer for the Maui County Department of Water Supply and an Army veteran, died in Kihei, Maui. He was born in New York. He is survived by wife Audrey; son Patrick; daughters Gretchen Quinn, Anne Termine and Kara Di Falco; brothers Mark and John; sister Eileen Juico; and five grandchildren.
