Jose Balcita, 80, of Honolulu, a Navy veteran and a retired mason, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Manuel and Guadolphine Balcita, and Ernest, Nelson and Wallace Balignasay; and sisters Virginia Duris, Edwina Villeza, Thelma Tiejero and Aurora Nerney. Private cremation committal services.
